At Children’s Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, our mission is to provide the best care to infants, children and adolescents with conditions affecting the head and neck. CENTA is the only otolaryngology practice in Central Florida with pediatric fellowship – trained physicians exclusively dedicated to the care of children. Dr. James Kosko and Dr. Cheryl Cotter have over 30 years of combined surgical experience with training from Johns Hopkins and Harvard Medical Schools.

CENTA’s physicians are both members of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, the only professional society which recognizes excellence in this field. They are also board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and Fellows of the American College of Surgeons and American Academy of Pediatrics.
