Pediatric ENT in Orlando, FLChildren's Ears Nose & Throat Associates
Dr. Chiles has been practicing as a pediatric audiologist for 6 years. She was born and raised in South Florida and is a fluent, native speaker of Spanish. Dr. Chiles is a proud alumna of the University of Central Florida, from which she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders, as well as certificates in Spanish Translation/Interpretation and American Sign Language. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of South Florida, where her student training included a wide variety of clinical settings in the Tampa Bay area, including All Children's Hospital outpatient center. It was this experience that sparked her passion of working with children.
After a full-time externship at a private Audiology and Speech Therapy practice in Long Beach, California, Dr. Chiles returned to Florida upon graduation to work with All Children's Hospital for over two years. She worked at outpatient clinics in Citrus County and Brandon, where she performed routine hearing tests, as well as sedated auditory brainstem responses testing, and fit hearing aids for children of all ages. When she and her husband decided to move back to the Orlando area, she joined Orange County Public Schools as an Educational Audiologist, providing and maintaining classroom equipment for students in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing program and attending school-based IEP meetings to advocate for students' hearing needs in the classroom.
Dr. Chiles was excited to join CENTA and have the opportunity to return to practicing in a clinical setting. She enjoys traveling as well as spending time at local activities and events with her husband and their young son.
